The Hudson River House

This is a no smoking, no children and no pets home. There is a  maximum of 4 adults allowed.

 

 

RATES: The rental rate for the Hudson River House is $600 per night/$3,600 per week for up to 4 adult guests.

 

*****   The discounted rate for up to 2 adult guests is $400 per night/$2,400 per week.   *****

 

 There is a 2 night minimum stay requirement.

 

 

There is a 3 night minimum stay reqirement for all holidays.

A refundable damage deposit equal to 25% of rental amount is required.

$100 cleaning fee (additional cleaning fees for longer stays).

Maximum of 4 adult guests.

No guests under age 21.

We do not allow children, infants or pets at any time. 

Our home is completely smoke free.  There are NO designated smoking areas.
